Centre Point

Strategic asset management of a 230,000 sq ft landmark Grade II listed 32-storey office tower.  At the outset the asset had 12 vacant floors, a poor brand and passing rents at only £35 psf. Undertook and oversaw a re-branding exercise to reposition the building in the market place.  


Oversaw a £14 million refurbishment of 17 floors and a major upgrade to common areas.  The re-marketing of the building saw enhanced rents of up to £63 psf, and achieved a 100% let status for the first time in its history. We also developed and progressed plans with Camden planners for the major residential development opportunity at the asset.  

Readied the investment for sale and advised the vendor on the £95m sale to Almacantar.

Baskerville House

Strategic asset management advisor for 200,000 sq ft landmark office building.


Oversaw sensitive regeneration/refurbishment of a listed building to create premium city centre office product. Managed the marketing process and secured lettings to major blue chip occupiers such as Kaplan, Deutsche Bank, EC Harris, and Office for Legal Complaints.   Successfully secured a 100% occupation for the asset. 


We readied the investment for sale and advised the vendor on the £40m sale to Hermes Asset Management.
